This interactive Storyline e-learning simulation was designed to help learners practice instructional design decision-making in a realistic project scenario. The experience places learners in the role of an instructional designer guiding a project from kickoff through planning, checkpoint questions, project management challenges, and final reflection. Through structured prompts, decision tracking, and scenario-based interactions, learners explore how to analyze project constraints, ask stronger questions, and apply instructional design thinking to real-world development work.
