This interactive Storyline e-learning experience was designed for medical front desk staff to practice using empathetic communication techniques with patients in varying emotional states. Through scenario-based interactions, learners explore how tone, word choice, and response strategy can affect a patient’s experience during initial points of care. The module emphasizes practical decision-making, emotional awareness, and patient-centered service in a nonclinical healthcare setting.
